If you use another graphics program, see below for exact specs on
print-ready files. If your graphics program cannot produce the required file types, please go to our

.tiff, .psd (flattened, no layers), .pdf, or .eps
(convert text to curves for pdf & eps files)
SPECS on Print-ready files:
Color Mode: CMYK
Resolution: 300 DPI (minimum)
Canvas Size: 4.125 x 3.625 (after cutting, cards are 3.5"x4")
Bleed Margin: 1/16"
Main or Text Margin: 1/8"
Word, Publisher, and JPG files are not print-ready files.
Print-Ready Files Are Defined above.
You may still send your designs in other formats,
but then it becomes a custom job.

Flatten the layers and save as a .tif before sending your file(s).

If you have a good graphics program, you can create a template to design your card, ensuring that your design is ready to print!

SPECS on Print-ready files:

IMPORTANT:
After downloading our template
Flatten the layers and save as a .tif before sending your file(s).
The margins are critical to getting your cards to print properly.

First, your background image must go to the edge of the canvas.
All text must fit within the inner guides. No text in the margins.

Fold Over Business Cards Example
After Printing, the bleed margin gets cut away, but any images or color that
goes to the edge of the printed card must go to the edge of the design canvas
(beyond where we cut them) or you will have tiny white lines on the edges
of some of your cards. Cutting is not a perfect, exact process.
